Software Developer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer in Test (SDET) with cloud technology experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed test cases using Jira for test management and defect tracking
• Develop and maintain the Automation testing framework and testing infrastructure
• Implement a robust test strategy and research new tools, strategies, or processes to improve testing and delivery capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Kubernetes and experience in testing applications within containerized environments
• Solid understanding of database systems, architecture, and performance in a cloud or Kubernetes context
• Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for databases, preferably with knowledge of Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB
• Experience and proficiency in Linux and building CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and experience with version control systems like Git
