Software Developer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer in Test to join their software quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust automated tests for backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled systems
• Develop and implement load test plans, scenarios, and scripts to simulate real-world user traffic
• Monitor system performance, response times, and resource utilization using tools such as JMeter or BlazeMeter

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years in performance testing, load testing, or quality assurance
• Proficiency in load testing tools (JMeter, BlazeMeter, etc.) and knowledge of scripting languages (C#, TypeScript, Java, Python)
• Familiarity with software development life cycle and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud-based load testing, containerization, and microservices architecture is a plus
