Software Developer in Test

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Software Developer in Test (SDET) for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, writing test cases, and leading software testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to meet organizational standards
• Lead testing activities for software and IT systems, ensuring proper operation and defect-free performance
• Document test results and support the analysis and resolution of any identified issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
• Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium and JUnit
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
