Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET), the successful candidate will develop and execute test plans and cases, lead testing efforts, and ensure software quality across various systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Lead testing efforts on software and IT systems, documenting and communicating results effectively
- Support the analysis of test results and resolve open issues while contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, as well as continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
