Job Summary
Experienced in software development, the full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET) will develop and execute test plans and cases, ensuring software quality and compliance with organizational standards while utilizing strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures to validate software functionality and performance
- Conduct tests and lead verification activities on IT systems, documenting results and resolving issues as they arise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and provide technical solutions to complex problems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
