Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET), the candidate will develop and execute test plans and procedures, ensuring that software and IT systems meet organizational standards and user requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test procedures
- Perform and lead tests on software and IT systems to ensure defect-free operation
- Document and communicate test results, supporting analysis and resolution of issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit
