Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET), the candidate will develop and execute test plans and cases, perform software testing to ensure quality deliverables, and document test results while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to meet organizational standards
- Perform and lead testing activities on software and IT systems, ensuring proper operation and defect-free performance
- Document test results and support the analysis and resolution of open issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit
