Job Summary
Seeking a talented Software Developer in Test (SDET) for a full-time remote position, responsible for developing and executing test plans, conducting tests on software and IT systems, and documenting test results to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Lead testing activities and collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure proper operation and defect-free software
- Create daily test metrics and reporting while supporting the analysis of test results and resolution of issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency in writing and executing test cases, scripts, and plans, along with experience in automated testing
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
