Software Developer in Test
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET) who will develop and execute test plans and cases, lead testing efforts for software and IT systems, and document test results while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures to meet organizational standards
- Write and conduct tests, including manual and automated testing, while collaborating with project stakeholders
- Create daily test metrics and reporting to support analysis and resolution of open issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium and JUnit
