Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET) who will develop and execute test plans, write test cases, and lead testing efforts to ensure high-quality software products for the Veterans Affairs department.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to meet organizational standards
- Perform manual and automated testing, documenting and communicating results effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze test results and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proficiency with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
