Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Software Developer in Test (SDET), the ideal candidate will manage the development and execution of test plans and procedures, ensuring software quality and adherence to organizational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures for software and IT systems
- Conduct tests and lead verification activities to ensure software operates correctly and is free from defects
- Document and communicate test results while supporting the analysis and resolution of open issues
Required qualifications
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python
- Proven experience in manual and automated testing with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools, including Selenium and JUnit
- 10 or more years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
