Software Developer (Java, Ruby)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Developer (Java and Ruby-on-Rails) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, design, develop, and modify enterprise-wide systems and applications software
• Collaborate with a team of software engineers, testers, designers, and product managers in an Agile/DevSecOps environment
• Automate tests to ensure quality, security, performance, and usability of systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of experience with Ruby on Rails and Java
• Ability to obtain a public trust clearance
• Technical training, certification(s), or degree with 3+ years of experience
• 2+ years of experience with software development, architecture, APIs, and microservices
• 2+ years of experience with database engineering and manipulating relational and NoSQL databases
