Software Developer .NET
Job Summary
To modernize a Visual Basic 6 desktop product, the full-time remote Software Developer .NET will take ownership of the migration to an ASP.NET Core / .NET 10 Blazor Server web application while diagnosing production issues and enhancing features in collaboration with the Senior Developer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the VB6-to-Blazor migration and stabilize the application by diagnosing and fixing production issues
- Collaborate with the Senior Developer to build new features and enhancements across various modules
- Manage build and release processes through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and maintain authentication via AWS Cognito
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of enterprise software development experience
- Strong expertise in modern .NET and C#, with hands-on Blazor experience
- Proficient in writing and tuning T-SQL for SQL Server
- Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and AWS Cognito integration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience
