Software Developer (.NET Core)

Job Summary

To support the development and maintenance of VA OAA Data Management Center applications, the fully remote Software Developer (.NET Core) will perform hands-on coding, testing, and documentation while collaborating with senior developers to enhance existing systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of DMC applications under the guidance of senior developers
• Perform hands-on coding, testing, and documentation to sustain existing systems and support incremental enhancements
• Develop and modify application code using C#, .NET Core MVC, and JavaScript while maintaining existing user interfaces and business logic

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; no equivalencies accepted
• 4+ years of software development experience using .NET Core MVC and C#
• Knowledge of SQL databases and programming
