Key Responsibilities

• Design and build internal tools and analysis workflows utilizing large language models (LLMs)
• Create reliable, explainable, and human-validated solutions that integrate AI without replacing engineering judgment
• Define where AI adds value and ensure outputs are reviewed and validated by humans

Required Qualifications

• Strong engineering experience using Python as a general-purpose language
• Proven ability to build internal tools, utilities, and analysis workflows
• Hands-on experience integrating large language models into software systems
• Experience designing systems with accountability, auditability, and correctness in AI-supported workflows
• Ability to design guardrails for AI outputs to ensure validation before acceptance
