Software Developer Technical Lead

Job Summary

To support secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms for public sector and government customers, the remote Software Developer Technical Lead will provide technical leadership, drive system architecture, and collaborate with various teams to deliver compliant cloud solutions while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a development team building secure, highly available cloud-native services
• Drive system architecture, technical vision, and hands-on development efforts
• Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, IaaS, and security teams to deliver compliant cloud solutions

Required qualifications

• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
• 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership and architecture ownership
• Strong experience across the full SDLC using Agile and DevOps methodologies
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, C#, or JavaScript)
• Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in regulated government or public cloud environments
