Software Development Director

Job Summary

Providing technical leadership, the full-time salaried Software Development Director will collaborate with business and domain owners on product roadmaps, conduct resource planning, and partner with delivery teams to refine MVP definitions while supporting remote work options.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead collaboration on product and technical roadmaps for software development initiatives
• Conduct supply/demand analysis and maintain roadmaps throughout the quarter
• Partner with delivery teams to define MVPs and translate business requirements into technical specifications

Required qualifications:

• Nine years of experience in technical product and project management
• Seven years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry with Amdocs OSS/BSS systems
• Five years of experience using JIRA or Rally for software development roadmaps
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Trello
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
