Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions aligned with customer and business needs
• Collaborate with Professional Services and Implementation teams to enable new customer features and deliver tailored solutions
• Drive the development of multiple projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery against priorities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience developing software solutions in Python
• 4+ years of experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• 1+ years with microservices architecture and containerization/orchestration using Kubernetes and/or Docker
• Proven ability to independently own, manage, and deliver technical projects
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance
