Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer 2 to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Reproduce DirectX 12 performance issues and analyze GPU/CPU profiles using profiling tools
• Create detailed performance reports and collaborate with engineers to validate fixes and improvements
• Identify bottlenecks and propose actionable next steps based on performance data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in graphics drivers and GPU architecture
• Understanding of real-time rendering fundamentals and GPU graphics pipeline
• Familiarity with DirectX 12, shaders (HLSL, SPIRV), and graphics profiling tools
• Programming skills in C/C++ with the ability to interpret performance-sensitive code
• Experience in Windows and Linux environments, with scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
