Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Associate Software Development Engineer, the ideal candidate will maintain and enhance legacy applications in VB.NET, design and develop new features using .NET Core, and write complex SQL queries, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance legacy applications developed in VB.NET / Classic VB
• Design, develop, and deploy new features using .NET Core / C#
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database logic

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in VB.NET and Visual Basic 6 (VB6) is preferred
• Proficient in SQL Server (T-SQL), including query optimization and stored procedures
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core / C#
• Familiarity with Entity Framework Core and REST APIs
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
