Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Engineer on the Developer Agent team, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer will design and build core platform capabilities to enhance AI-powered developer experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams and upholding best practices in API governance and engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to translate requirements into executable engineering work
• Uphold API governance and engineering best practices, including versioning and security standards
• Own services through their full lifecycle, including incident response and reliability improvements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience delivering full stack features at production scale
• 5+ years of experience in JVM-based backend development (Java or Kotlin) with proficiency in Spring Boot
• 5+ years of proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, including experience with React
• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying production services in cloud-native environments like GCP or AWS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
