Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Development Engineer III will interpret customer requirements and product management needs, creating solutions within existing development frameworks while leveraging Agile methodologies and Quality Assurance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend architectural changes and improvements for new and existing application solutions
• Act as a point-of-contact and subject matter expert on assigned application platforms
• Mentor junior engineers and take on a leadership role within the development team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of C#, .NET frameworks, Microsoft SQL, and Azure services
• Experience leading scrum teams and acting as a technical subject matter expert
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality multi-tier application solutions
• Strong understanding of coding craftsmanship principles such as SOLID design
