Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely as a contract Software Development Engineer, the Technical Lead will manage scrum teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise guidelines while mentoring engineering teams and promoting a strong security culture.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure technical solutions align with the overall technology stack and maintain application resiliency and data integrity
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Tech leads to translate feature requirements into effective designs
• Act as a DevSecOps Champion, ensuring adherence to security policies and promoting best practices across teams

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in application program development with at least 8+ years in IIB/ACE Development
• 8+ years of experience with IBM Integration Bus (IIB) v10 and Application Connect Enterprise (ACE) v11
• 8+ years of design and development of RESTful APIs and Web services
• 8+ years of experience with IBM WebSphere Message Queue (WMQ)
• 6+ years of experience with full CI/CD processes including GitHub, Jenkins, and Octopus
