Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

To support complex conversion initiatives, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software applications while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications for conversion initiatives
• Gather requirements from cross-functional teams and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform coding, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality application performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience
• 2+ years of experience in Java, C, C#, C++, or similar programming languages
• 2+ years of experience with SQL databases and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments
