Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer will implement, test, and maintain features and services that enhance cybersecurity SaaS offerings for managing non-human identities across various environments.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain well-scoped features and services across the domain
• Write clean, readable, and well-tested code while participating in design discussions and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to transform requirements into functional software

Required qualifications

• Solid programming skills in at least one modern language (C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar)
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools like Claude Code for software development
• Foundational experience with cloud-native development and familiarity with a public cloud provider (AWS preferred)
• Understanding of testing practices and familiarity with CI/CD workflows
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work through ambiguity with guidance
