Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of the NHI Governance domain within Pathfinder products, the full-time Software Development Engineer will implement and maintain features and services for cybersecurity SaaS offerings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain well-scoped features and services across the domain
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decisions for owned work
• Collaborate with product, design, and fellow engineers to turn requirements into working software

Required qualifications

• Solid programming skills in at least one modern language (C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or similar)
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to build and deliver software
• Foundational experience with cloud-native development and a public cloud provider (AWS preferred)
• Understanding of testing practices and familiarity with CI/CD workflows
• Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to work through ambiguity with guidance
