Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance application performance, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer in Test will design and execute load testing strategies, automate tests for backend services, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust automated tests for backend services, APIs, and AI-enabled systems
• Develop and implement load test plans, scenarios, and scripts to simulate real-world user traffic
• Monitor system performance using tools such as JMeter and BlazeMeter, and document findings with actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in performance testing, load testing, or quality assurance
• Proficiency in load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, BlazeMeter)
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as C#, TypeScript, Java, or Python for automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and understanding of software development life cycle
