Job Summary
Focused on supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer will design, develop, and manage deployment tools and analytics for cloud environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Workday in the U.S. Federal regions, collaborating with commercial software engineering teams
- Partner with the Federal Cyber Defense team to ensure security operations and compliance
- Develop and maintain deployment tools and analytics for flexible and cost-effective company-wide deployments
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years in deploying large-scale applications, with 3+ years in cloud-based deployments on AWS or GCP
- 2+ years of experience with automation tools and languages, including Ansible, Python, and Go
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation tools like Chef, Puppet, and Ansible
- Proficient in Unix/Linux environments with strong Python scripting expertise
- Extensive experience in developing orchestration and automation frameworks for cloud deployments
