Software Development Engineer

Job Summary

As a key contributor to the Document Intelligence team, the full-time Software Development Engineer will develop and maintain AI platform capabilities, build scalable ML infrastructure, and participate in collaborative engineering efforts, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Implement AI platforms focusing on tool calling, multi-agent architectures, and human-in-the-loop integrations
• Develop and deploy secure, RESTful web services using Python and Kubernetes, contributing to multi-tenant runtime architectures
• Participate in design reviews and apply software development best practices to maintain code quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development engineering, including designing, developing, and deploying software solutions
• 2+ years of experience in Python with a proven track record of shipping production code
• 2+ years of experience building scalable data pipelines and working with large-scale datasets
• 2+ years of validated experience deploying production services to cloud platforms and using containerization technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
