Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Federal Government contracts, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer will focus on the design, development, and optimization of Workday's technology stack in Gov Cloud environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance deployment tools and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Workday in U.S. Federal regions, collaborating with commercial software engineering teams
- Partner with the Workday Federal Cyber Defense team to ensure robust security operations and compliance
- Develop and maintain deployment tools and analytics to enhance deployment flexibility and cost savings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and AWS Cloud Stack
- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Ruby, or Go
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation tools like Terraform
- Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and tools
