Software Development Engineer
Job Summary
Building LLM-powered agent tools and integrations, the full-time Software Development Engineer I will design, implement, and ship AI-assisted systems using Python and TypeScript/React, collaborating with team members to enhance existing applications in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain LLM agent pipelines, MCP integrations, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools for code generation, debugging, and iteration
- Participate in code reviews and perform root-cause analyses for software issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 2+ years of production software development experience
- Hands-on experience with LLM agent tools and AI/ML systems in a production environment
- Production proficiency in Python 3.11 and TypeScript/React
- Fluency with AI-assisted development tools, specifically Claude Code
