Job Summary

A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Software Development Engineer.

Position Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy, and maintain features within Zonar solutions
• Own support tools, testing, and documentation for your features
• Take ownership of problems, work in a fast-paced Scrum environment in a pod of 3-8 software engineers, and follow software engineering best practices in code, architecture, and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience working in software development teams, Full Stack development experience, and experience with server-side programming languages - Python (preferred), Java, etc
• Experience with micro-services and distributed systems, and experience architecting and delivering cloud-native applications on a Containerized framework (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficient in AngularJS, CSS, and HTML, and Android development using Java or Kotlin
• SQL Database Experience (PostgreSQL preferred), NoSQL a plus
