Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions following coding standards
• Participate in Agile development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct comprehensive software testing and perform debugging to resolve defects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Assembler Language and familiarity with JCL
• Proven experience in software development and understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Experience with Agile Principles and various software testing techniques
• Desire to grow in leadership and experience in mentoring junior colleagues
