Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Python-based backend services for AI agent workflows

- Integrate with contact center providers and external LLM providers through a unified gateway
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with microservices and RESTful APIs
- Experience with Couchbase, PostgreSQL, or other NoSQL/document databases
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-native deployments
