Software Development Engineer in Test
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).
Key Responsibilities
- Translate project features into functional test plans and automated test cases
- Design, develop, and execute functional, end-to-end, and integration tests
- Automate UI and backend/API testing across multiple client projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 3 years of test automation or software development experience, or Associate's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Experience writing and executing test plans, and building automated test coverage
- Hands-on automation experience with tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Protractor, or JMeter
- Development experience with Java, .NET/C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript
- Familiarity with Git for source control and workflow
