Software Development Engineer in Test
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test III (SDET) to join their Platform Flight Control Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation and tools to ensure quality and reliability of a cloud ecosystem
- Plan, design, develop, and maintain automated test suites while increasing test coverage
- Analyze system designs for improvements and validate customer-facing features across the product platform
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in test automation development or as an SDET
- Solid experience in OOP, data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Experience with Web Services (JSON, REST, gRPC) and running services in Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and scalability challenges
- Familiarity with engineering best practices for testing and code reviews
