Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SDET.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites for the full tech stack including UI, API, Microservices, and Database
• Contribute to test automation framework development and improvement, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices
• Perform functional and regression tests, analyze results, report defects, and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications

• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with Shell and Powershell scripting
• Extensive experience with full stack open source testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and RestAssured
• Adept in managing software version control using Git tools and integrating automated tests in CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and ability to write complex queries
• Experience in building test strategies and plans, and knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies
