Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement automated testing across frontend, backend, and API integration levels
• Build and maintain automation infrastructure and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Enable developers to own tests through documentation, templates, and knowledge-sharing sessions

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with automation at unit, integration, and E2E levels
• Solid JavaScript and TypeScript testing experience in React and Node.js environments
• Experience with Playwright and API testing tools like Supertest
• Proven experience validating audio and video artifacts in automated tests
• CI/CD experience, including test gates and stable pipelines
