Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated test suites for the full tech stack, including UI, API, Microservices, and Database
• Contribute to building and enhancing the test automation framework and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Perform functional/regression tests, analyze results, report defects, and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications

• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with Shell and Powershell scripting
• Extensive experience with full stack open source testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Appium
• Adept in managing software version control using Git tools and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Experience in building test strategies and working knowledge of Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases and ability to write complex queries
