Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) for a full-time remote position, where the candidate will design and enhance automation frameworks, write high-quality test code, and collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable test automation frameworks for various testing types, including web, API, and mobile
• Write production-quality automated test code using languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C# with relevant frameworks
• Implement and maintain CI/CD test pipelines integrated with tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• Five or more years of experience as an SDET or in similar test-focused software engineering roles
• Strong programming skills in at least one of Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Hands-on experience with major UI automation frameworks such as Selenium or Cypress
• Solid understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and modern web architectures
