Job Summary

Joining a forward-thinking engineering team, the full-time Software Development Engineer in Test will architect and evolve scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript while collaborating remotely with Agile teams to enhance product quality and release velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI and API testing using Playwright and TypeScript
• Lead the transition from legacy automation to modern frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with Agile feature teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive user story coverage

Required qualifications

• Hands-on expertise with Playwright (TypeScript preferred) for UI and API automation
• Strong background in building test automation frameworks and integrating tests in CI/CD environments
• Proficient in REST/API testing and writing, optimizing SQL queries
• Experience in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for explaining test strategies and decisions effectively
