Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Partnering with the Quality Engineering team, the full-time Software Development Engineer in Test will enhance release processes, drive automation-first initiatives, and establish quality metrics in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategies to improve release integrity through automation in CI/CD pipelines and validation processes
• Instrument quality health metrics and dashboards for visibility into product stability and release readiness
• Drive internal tooling initiatives that enhance the developer experience and improve testing and shipping confidence

Required qualifications

• Understanding of modern quality engineering best practices and their pragmatic application
• Strong technical foundation in release management, automation frameworks, and CI/CD systems
• 2+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation for complex applications using languages such as C++/C#, GD Script, or Python
• Proven experience with shift-left quality practices and performance, resilience, and security testing
• Experience building internal tools that enhance testability and overall release integrity
