Software Development Engineer in Test

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Software Development Engineer in Test will focus on quality engineering best practices by developing automated solutions for integration, performance, load, and end-to-end testing while collaborating with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop automated software solutions that meet usability, maintainability, scalability, and reliability requirements
• Create and maintain automated integration, performance, and load tests, while documenting testing procedures
• Monitor and maintain the health of generated solutions, providing task breakdowns and identifying dependencies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred
• Two years or more of experience in the technology industry, including designing large-scale distributed systems
• Experience with core software development activities, including requirements gathering, design, construction, and testing
• Knowledge of formal SDLC models and methodologies, including Lean, Agile, or Scrum
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
