Software Development Engineer, SRE

Job Summary

Supporting U.S. Federal Government contracts, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer, SRE will manage the operations of services, collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, and provide on-call support to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive improvements to architecture and operating practices in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
• Handle on-call support for services alongside service and infrastructure teams
• Address service challenges with a strong sense of ownership and foster the same in contributing teams

Required qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in software development using one or more programming languages
• Experience designing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance, with a preference for active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
