Software Development Engineer, SRE

Job Summary

To support U.S. Federal Government contracts, the full-time remote Software Development Engineer, SRE will define, design, implement, and maintain automation infrastructure while improving operational efficiency and building self-service platforms for application developers.

Key responsibilities

• Define, design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain automation infrastructure for configuration management and service deployment
• Improve operational efficiency by automating processes and responding to production monitoring incidents
• Build and maintain strong relationships with peers and partners to deliver results through collaboration

Required qualifications

• Possession of a valid and active TS/SCI with CI POLY security clearance
• 3+ years of SRE/DevOps experience in automating deployments and managing containerized applications within Kubernetes
• Enterprise experience in public cloud platforms, ideally AWS or GCP
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and technologies
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
