Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Software Development Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of software engineers
- Analyze requirements and prepare functional/technical specification documents
- Research and identify new technologies to improve application performance and maintain quality
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineering manager
- 8+ years of experience in a software development role
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline
- Knowledge and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud technologies, preferably AWS
- Strong programming skills in one or more modern computer languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript
