Software Development Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Managing a remote team, the full-time salaried Software Development Engineering Manager will oversee project execution, create technical requirements, and contribute to software development while bridging the gap between business needs and engineering solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a Delinea Sprint team located overseas, overseeing both personnel and project deliverables
• Create clear technical requirements to facilitate communication between business stakeholders and engineers
• Contribute to the development, design, and architecture of cloud-hosted and on-premises applications

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing an Agile Sprint team with strong technical skills
• 5+ years of experience managing a team in a different time zone
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular, and Typescript
• Experience integrating with third-party APIs and working with large volumes of data
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented principles and the full software development lifecycle
