Software Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Lead to oversee product development using advanced technologies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of developers and test automation engineers to enhance team performance
• Design, develop, and manage the delivery of software products while ensuring quality and adherence to Agile and DevSecOps practices
• Provide technical direction, mentor teams, and evaluate technical requirements and proposed enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 10+ years of full-lifecycle application development experience, with at least 3 years in relevant technologies and AWS cloud platform
• 5+ years of experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and Test Driven Development methodologies
• Extensive hands-on experience in JavaScript frameworks, API development, and cloud-native solutions
• Must be a US citizen capable of completing a GSA Public Trust security investigation
