Job Summary

Managing a team of software engineers, the full-time Software Development Lead (Engineering Sustainability) will ensure the engineering health and stability of the product portfolio while actively contributing to code development and driving improvements in reliability and maintainability in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and evolve an AI-driven approach across the team's workflow, integrating AI tools into daily operations
• Lead and mentor engineers, focusing on reliability and maintainability of products, while managing the reliability backlog
• Serve as the technical lead for stability improvements and root cause analysis of production issues

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead or engineering management role
• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered tools to enhance development and debugging processes
• Proven ability to coach teams in adopting AI tools and workflows effectively
• Strong proficiency in core technologies such as C#/.NET, Angular, or SQL Server
• Experience managing a high-volume backlog across multiple product lines
