Software Development Lead (.NET)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Development Lead (.NET).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, maintenance, and modernization of electronic Health Record (eHR) and clinical software applications
• Manage a team of developers, conducting code reviews and establishing development standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute the migration of legacy systems to shared service platforms

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies
• Proficiency with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle and experience with RESTful APIs
• Experience with cloud-based deployments on Microsoft Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipeline management
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in biomedical and clinical software environments, such as HL7 and FHIR
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum development frameworks
